By far some of Bathory's greatest and most magnificent work. With a gritty, raw sound production, crunching heavy as fuck riffing, beautiful arrangements and Quorthon's unique singing - 'Nordland' perfectly captures the atmosphere of Bathory's viking theme.

This is the best epic viking metal Bathory's ever released since 'Hammerheart' - and that's saying a hell of a lot. No one plays viking metal like Bathory did; if you're into the genre, the 'Nordland' albums are an essential addition to your CD collection.
